Who We Are
United Way of the Golden Triangle Region (UWGTR) is a multi-dimensional, volunteer-led non-profit that oversees donor dollars with integrity. We connect volunteers, community agencies, and businesses with opportunities to create lasting, positive change in our region.
What We Do
UWGTR works to increase volunteerism, strengthen nonprofit capacity, and manage volunteers in times of disaster. We help nonprofit agencies find the People, Know-How, and Resources they need to solve serious social issues.

Our mission is to empower sustained changes in the education, health and financial stability of our community.
Get Involved
Whether you are an agency looking to get more volunteers to help fulfill your mission or you are a member of the community looking to volunteer, we have adopted a new software program that will help you reach your goal. Agencies can create a free account that will help them promote volunteer opportunities. Volunteers can create an account that will help them find volunteer opportunities in their community and also track their volunteer hours.
